Acting Assignment Pay. 146. a. An employee assigned in writing by the Appointing Officer (or designee) to perform the normal duties and responsibilities of a higher classification of a budgeted position shall be entitled to acting assignment pay, no earlier than the sixth (6th) consecutive work day of such an assignment and shall be retroactive to the first (1st) day of the assignment.
