Acting Supervisor. Where an Employee is appointed to replace a Supervisor, a responsibility allowance will be paid for the entire period the Employee is replacing such Supervisor. The Employee will be expected to assume the full duties of the Supervisor except he/she will not be required to administer discipline. Rate of Pay: $2.50/hour.
