Common use of Action Against Others Clause in Contracts

Action Against Others. Any right to require Secured Party to: institute suit or exhaust remedies against Grantor or any other party liable for any Secured Obligation; enforce Secured Party’s rights in any of the Collateral or other security which is at any time given to secure any Secured Obligation; enforce Secured Party’s rights against any other Guarantor or any other party liable on any Secured Obligation; join Grantor or any other party liable for any Secured Obligation in any action seeking to enforce this Guaranty; or exhaust any other remedies available to Secured Party or resort to any other means of obtaining payment or performance of any Secured Obligation.
