Action for Breach of Contract. The rights and remedies provided for in this Section 2.2 shall be in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other rights available to the non-Defaulting Partners or the Partnership under this Agreement or at law or in equity. In addition, neither such Defaulting Partner nor any other Partner shall be relieved of its obligation to make any Capital Contributions then or thereafter due. The Partnership shall have the right to immediately institute legal action against the Defaulting Partner for monies due to the Partnership under this Agreement, plus all costs and attorneys’ fees reasonably incurred by the Partnership in the institution and prosecution of such action.
