Common use of Action Item 1 Clause in Contracts

Action Item 1. By January 16, 2017, the District will convene a group of people knowledgeable about the Student, and will invite the Student (who may choose to invite a parent or parents), to determine whether the Student requires any remedial and/or compensatory services as a result of the District’s failure to implement provisions in the Student’s Section 504 Plan during school year 2015-2016. If the group of knowledgeable persons determines that the Student requires remedial and/or compensatory services, the District will develop a plan for providing the services, with a completion date not to extend beyond March 30, 2017.

Action Item 1. By January 16September 30, 20172016, the District will convene a group of people persons knowledgeable about the Student, and will invite such as the Student (who may choose to invite a parent or parents)Section 504 Committee, to determine whether the Student requires any compensatory and/or remedial and/or compensatory services because he was not provided with fidget toys, including a thera-band, from September 2015, to February 22, 2016, as a result of the District’s failure to implement provisions stipulated in the Student’s his Section 504 Plan during school year 2015-2016Plan. The District will invite the complainant to attend this meeting. If the group of knowledgeable persons determines that the Student requires compensatory and/or remedial and/or compensatory services, the District group will develop a plan for providing the such services, with a completion date for providing the services not to extend beyond March 30December 31, 20172016.
