Action on the Notes. The Trustee’s right to seek and recover judgment on the Notes or under this Indenture shall not be affected by the seeking or obtaining of or application for any other relief under or with respect to this Indenture. Neither the lien of this Indenture nor any rights or remedies of the Trustee or the Holders shall be impaired by the recovery of any judgment by the Trustee against the Issuer or by the levy of any execution under such judgment upon any portion of the Assets or upon any of the assets of the Issuer.
Action on the Notes. The Collateral Agent’s right to seek and recover judgment on the Debt or under this Indenture and Credit Agreement shall not be affected by the application for or obtaining of any other relief under or with respect to this Indenture and Credit Agreement. Neither the lien of this Indenture and Credit Agreement nor any rights or remedies of the Collateral Agent or the Holders of the Debt shall be impaired by the recovery of any judgment by the Collateral Agent against the Issuer or by the levy of any execution under such judgment upon any portion of the Collateral or upon any of the Collateral of the Issuer.

The Note Agent’s right to seek and recover judgment on the Notes on behalf of the Note Purchasers shall not be affected by the seeking or obtaining of or application for any other relief under or with respect to this Agreement. No rights or remedies of the Note Purchasers shall be impaired by the recovery of any judgment by the Note Agent against the Issuer or by the levy of any execution under such judgment upon any portion of the assets of the Issuer.

Neither the lien of this Indenture nor any rights or remedies of the Collateral Trustee or the Holders shall be impaired by the recovery of any judgment by the Collateral Trustee against the Issuer or by the levy of any execution under such judgment upon any portion of the Assets or upon any of the assets of the Issuer.

(b) The Trustee is authorized to take all of the other actions that it is permitted to take under any other Financing Document.
