Action Upon Becoming Aware of Defects. In the event the Principal observes or otherwise becomes aware of any error, fault, omission, or defect in the Service or non-conformance of any action forming part of the Service with the Documentation, the Principal shall give prompt notice thereof to the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall have the obligation to correct such error, fault, omission, or defect in the Service or non- conformance of any action forming part of the Service.
