Common use of Action Without Vote Clause in Contracts

Action Without Vote. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Section 13.10, the Administrative Agent may take the following actions without obtaining the consent of the Syndication Parties or the Voting Participants: a. Determining after the Closing Date (i) whether the conditions to a Loan have been met, and (ii) the amount of such Loan; and b. Making modifications pursuant to Section 14.25 or the Incremental Loan Amendments as set forth in Section 2.9.5.
