Actions in Event of Breach. Upon Contractor’s material breach, State may: • Terminate this Contract under Section 16.1, State Termination for Cause with Notice to Cure Requirement and pursue any of its remedies under this Contract, at law, or in equity; or • Treat this Contract as materially breached and pursue any of its remedies under this Contract, at law, or in equity.
