Common use of Actions of Agents Clause in Contracts

Actions of Agents. Except with respect to Section 13, Section 17 and Section 18, all transactions and notices on behalf of the Agents hereunder or contemplated hereby may be carried out or given on behalf of the Agents by the Lead Agent, as the case may be, and the Agents shall in good faith discuss with each other the nature of any such transactions and notices prior to giving effect thereto or the delivery thereof, as the case may be.

Actions of Agents.
