Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. Each Party shall take all actions as are within its power and otherwise use its commercially reasonable efforts so as to ensure compliance with the conditions set forth in this Section 6.

Each Party shall take all such actions as are within its power to control, and otherwise shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure compliance with the all conditions set forth in this Section 6Article 6 which are for the benefit of any Party. The Parties will co-operate in exchanging such information and providing such assistance as may be reasonably required in connection with the foregoing.
