Common use of Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions Clause in Contracts

Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. (1) The Vendor shall use its reasonable best efforts to take or cause to be taken all such actions so as to ensure compliance with all of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1. (2) The Purchaser shall use its reasonable best efforts to take or cause to be taken all such actions so as to ensure compliance with all of the conditions set forth in Section 6.2.

Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. (1) The Vendor Vendors shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to take or cause to be taken all such actions so as to ensure compliance with all of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1. (2) The Subject to Section 5.5, the Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to take or cause to be taken all such actions so as to ensure compliance with all of the conditions set forth in Section 6.2.

(2) The Purchaser Subject to Section 6.5, the Investor shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to take or cause to be taken all such actions so as to ensure compliance with all of the conditions set forth in Section 6.27.2.
