ACTIVATING THE CARD. No Authorized User may use a Card until the Business Administrator has activated that Card pursuant to these Terms.

ACTIVATING THE CARD. The Card has no value until it is (i) activated per the instructions on the Card; and (ii) signed by You or another authorized user on the back of the Card, where indicated. We recommend that you activate your card immediately and write down the Customer Service phone number shown on the back of your Card on a separate piece of paper in case the Card is lost or stolen.

ACTIVATING THE CARD. Unless otherwise indicated on the card carrier, the Card must be activated before it can be used. The Card may be activated by calling the phone number located on the back of the card plastic and on the card carrier, by visiting the activation website listed on the card carrier, or through the mobile app. By activating or using the Card, you represent and warrant to us that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age (or older if you reside in a state where the majority age is older; and (ii) you received a copy of this Agreement and understand and agree that the terms of the Agreement are binding.

ACTIVATING THE CARD. You must sign a physical Card as soon as you receive it and must activate the Card to be able to use it. Activation instructions are set out on the packaging that the Card is attached to and within the Coinbase Site. A virtual Card can be used immediately upon receipt and does not need to be activated.

ACTIVATING THE CARD. AN AUTHORIZED USER CANNOT USE A CARD TO PERFOM TRANSACTIONS UNTIL THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR HAS ACTIVATED THE CARD PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. BY ACTIVATING A CARD OR BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SERVICES OFFRED BY PLATFORM AND BANK IN ANY WAY, THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR OR AUTHORIZED USER REPRE- SENTS THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND THEY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. ACTIVATING THE CARD. 3.1. Before activation, the Card cannot be used for any transactions. When you receive your Card, for security reasons, it will be issued to you in an inactive state. 3.2. You can activate the Card after the registration of your PeakWallet Account via the PeakWallet mobile application ("App") or the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website ("Website"), or by phone following the instructions of the carrier provided with the Card.
