Activation Charges. AboveNet will ▇▇▇▇ Customer for all Service Activation Charges and first and last month Service Fees (the "Activation Charges") upon AboveNet's acceptance of this Agreement and the Order Form. AboveNet will not commence installation, initiation and Service unless and until it either has received payment in full of all Activation Charges or has agreed, at its sole option, to extend credit to Customer.
