Activation Fees. Sprint will waive the activation fee that applies to each Member billing account that is created during the Term. Activation fees for Individual-Liable Active Units are governed by Sprint’s consumer subscriber agreement.
Activation Fees. There will be a one-time, non-refundable per-occupant fee for Office and Coworking (dedicated desk) customers, a per-location fee for Virtual Office customers, and a per-person fee for Memberships. This fee will cover all aspects of onboarding, administration, and setup. For Office and Coworking (dedicated desk) customers, there will be a fee for each new occupant added. If there is no occupant, one activation fee will be charged. If there is a move to a different office in the same location no fees will be assessed if the occupants do not increase. For moves to a new location (at Your request) all occupants will be assessed a fee as they will have to be set up again at the new location. For Virtual Office customers a new activation fee will only be assessed if there is a move to a new location (at Your request). If You switch product (e.g., change from Virtual Office to Office) You will be charged the relevant activation fee for the new product.
