Common use of Activation Clause in Contracts

Activation. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ understands and agrees that bailment of the Terminal is conditional upon: (i) Merchant actively processing, pursuant to this Agreement within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery of the Terminal; and (ii) continued processing under this Agreement.
