Activations Sample Clauses
The 'Activations' clause defines the conditions and procedures under which a particular service, product, or agreement becomes operational or effective. Typically, this clause outlines the steps required for activation, such as the completion of certain prerequisites, delivery of notice, or fulfillment of payment obligations. For example, it may specify that a software license is activated upon receipt of payment or that a service begins once the client completes onboarding. The core function of this clause is to provide clarity on when and how contractual obligations commence, thereby preventing disputes about the start of responsibilities or entitlements.
