Common use of Activities and Efforts Clause in Contracts

Activities and Efforts. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. including to perform all activities to be performed by such Party as set forth in the applicable Research Plan, and in connection therewith, each Party shall maintain and utilize sufficient equipment, laboratories, offices and other facilities, and use personnel with sufficient skills and experience, in each case, as are required to accomplish the Research Program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Research Plans, as applicable.
