Common use of Activities Covered Clause in Contracts

Activities Covered. a. An Association staff representative; or b. A member of a committee or task force of the BC Teachers’ Council; shall be entitled to release time from instructional duties without loss of pay to carry out the duties involved. Such release from duties shall be granted in accordance with Article A.23.2, subject to the Board being reimbursed for the cost of the teacher teaching on call.
