Common use of Activities Covered Clause in Contracts

Activities Covered. a. An Association staff representative; b. A member of the Executive Committee c. A member of the Representative Assembly; d. A member of a committee or task force of the Association, the BCTF, the CTF, or the Teacher College Council; or e. An official representative or delegate of the Association or the BCTF; shall be entitled to release time from instructional duties without loss of pay to carry out the duties involved. Such release from duties shall be granted in accordance with Article A.23.2, subject to the Board being reimbursed for the cost of the teacher on call.
