Activities of Management. Each member of the senior management team of each Note Party (which under no circumstances will be deemed to include ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for purposes of this Section 5.14(d)) shall devote all or substantially all of his or her professional working time, attention, and energies to the management of the businesses of the Note Parties.
