Activities of the Parent Borrower. Use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Parent Borrower to not have any material operations or activities, or own any assets, related to the business of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries, other than (a) operations and activities conducted by, and assets owned by, the Parent Borrower as of the Closing Date, (b) other operations and activities, and other assets, similar to those conducted or owned, as the case may be, by the Parent Borrower on the Closing Date or consistent with past practices of the Parent Borrower, and (c) other operations, activities or assets approved by the Administrative Agent.
