Common use of Activities of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Activities of the Partnership. The Partnership shall engage in making investments. The investment objective of the Partnership shall be as determined by the General Partner and disclosed to the Limited Partners from time to time. The financial instruments available for investment and the strategies employed are not otherwise limited and shall be within the discretion of the Manager. Some or all of the Partnership’s assets may from time to time be invested in cash or other investments as the Manager may deem prudent in the circumstances. The activities of the Partnership shall include all things necessary or advisable to give effect to the Partnership’s investment intentions and objectives.
