Common use of Activities Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Activities Prohibited. Lessee shall make no unlawful or offensive use of the leased Premises and shall comply with all statutes, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations and requirements of federal, state, county and municipal governments. Lessee hereby agrees to not obstruct, impede or block the ingress and egress, including the necessary maintenance of such access, to the structure being used as a compressor room by Olympus Dive Shop and the Blue ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ located at the intersection of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street and ▇▇▇▇▇ Street. Lessee also agrees that the extreme southeast corner of the eastern most ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ tract which serves as part of the Premises herein leased will be utilized for public parking spaces. A sketch of the Premises showing the location of the compressor room, southeast corner parking space, dumpster, outdoor restaurant seating, and Lessee’s parking lot is attached to this agreement as Exhibit B for reference purposes.
