Common use of Activities Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Activities Prohibited. During the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof, neither the Union nor its agents or any bargaining unit member for any reason will authorize, instigate, aid, promote, sponsor, condone, or engage in any slow down, work stoppage, strike, sympathy strike, informational picket, or any other interference with the operations of the Employer.
