ACTIVITY ROUTES Sample Clauses

The "Activity Routes" clause defines the specific paths or areas where certain activities, such as transportation, delivery, or construction, are permitted to take place under the agreement. Typically, this clause will outline designated routes that must be used for moving goods, equipment, or personnel, and may include restrictions to avoid sensitive or private areas. By clearly specifying which routes are authorized, the clause helps prevent disputes, ensures safety, and minimizes disruption to other operations or third parties.
ACTIVITY ROUTES. Activity routes would include a field trip of students or staff members during the fiscal year. It could also include any extracurricular activity that could include athletics, vocal and instrumental music, drama, academic teams, robotics, FFA and other career tech classes. These routes will be paid according to the negotiated contract. The school district will calculate overtime by utilizing the blended rate if a support employee has received time in two pay scales during the week and went over forty (40) hours.
ACTIVITY ROUTES. Transportation of students, school to home, following after-school activities.
ACTIVITY ROUTES. Activity routes shall be selected by seniority and added to a driver’s regular AM and/or PM route package.
