Common use of Acts and Omissions Clause in Contracts

Acts and Omissions. Employees of or Subcontractors to the Design-Builder shall perform the Basic Services and the Work required by this Contract. The Design-Builder is responsible to the Owner for acts and omissions of the Design-Builder's Design Builder, Project Manager, Constructor, employees, Subcontractors and their agents and employees, and other persons under its control and direction.
