Acts of God. A. If either party is prevented from, or delayed in, completing performance of any or all of its obligations under the Housing Contract (other than payment of rent and fees) by an act of God or any other occurrence beyond the party’s control, the party will be excused from performance for as long as it is reasonably necessary to complete performance.
