Acts of Holders Sample Clauses
The "Acts of Holders" clause defines how actions, decisions, or consents by holders of securities or interests are recognized and deemed valid under an agreement. Typically, it specifies the procedures for holders to exercise their rights, such as voting, giving approvals, or making demands, and may outline requirements like written consent or a specified percentage of holders needed for collective action. This clause ensures clarity and efficiency in group decision-making, preventing disputes over the legitimacy of actions taken by holders and streamlining the administration of their collective rights.
