Common use of Ad Hoc Meetings Clause in Contracts

Ad Hoc Meetings. The Supplier’s Account Manager may be required to attend ad-hoc meetings from time-to-time, at the request of the Contract Manager, to discuss specific requirements which cannot wait until the next review meeting. The Supplier’ Account Manager, and where relevant the Supplier’s Personnel, shall upon receipt of reasonable notice and during office hours attend all meetings arranged by the Authority’s Contract Manager for the discussion of matters connected with the performance of this Agreement.
