Common use of Ad Serving Clause in Contracts

Ad Serving. theglobe or its designee shall be solely responsible for serving all advertisements and promotions in connection with the Co-Branded Pages. theglobe shall provide Boxlot with ad serving code, which Boxlot shall implement at its own expense on all Co-Branded Pages. theglobe hereby grants to Boxlot a nonexclusive license to use such code solely to permit theglobe or its designee to serve ads in connection with the Co-Branded Pages. Boxlot shall notify theglobe at least 15 days prior to making any changes that would affect serving ads on the Co-Branded Pages.
