Common use of ADA Coordinator Clause in Contracts

ADA Coordinator. CCCOE will designate at least one employee at the ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Juvenile Hall as responsible for coordinating ADA compliance (“ADA Coordinator”). This person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the ADA generally and for investigating and responding to any ADA complaints.
