Common use of ADAS+ Arrangements Clause in Contracts

ADAS+ Arrangements. The Parties acknowledge and agree that terms under which the Engine Maintenance Services are to be provided to the Operator are predicated on the Parties’ fulfillment of the following arrangements regarding the ADAS+ (Automatic Data Acquisition System), namely: 11.8.1 The Parties shall make arrangements to diligently install, at no cost to the Operator, at least three (3) ADAS+ systems per month, to a maximum of twenty-three (23) installations. All installations shall be completed and operational within a period of one (1) year from the signature date of this Agreement;
