Addenda Checklist. Proposer should acknowledge all addenda to this RFP (if any) by completing, signing and returning the Addenda Checklist (ref. Appendix One, Section 4) as part of its proposal. Any proposal received without a completed and signed Addenda Checklist may be rejected by UNTS, in its sole discretion.

  • Checklist The Service will be able to respond more quickly to a VCP request if the request is carefully prepared and complete.
