Common use of Addendum Purpose Clause in Contracts

Addendum Purpose. 1.1. This is an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding agreed between the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (‘DLUHC’) and Royal Borough of Greenwich Council (‘the Council’) on 22 November 2023 (‘the MOU’) for delivery of the Local Authority Housing Fund - second funding round (‘LAHF R2’.) 1.2. This addendum outlines the agreement between DLUHC and the Council to amend the delivery target, total allocation and tranche payment allocations outlined in the MOU. This addendum should be read in conjunction with the MOU and does not make changes to any other agreements set out in the MOU. 1.3. This addendum is not intended to create legal or binding obligations. It describes the understanding between both parties with respect to charges made for accommodation provided pursuant to LAHF R2 grant funding.
