Common use of Addition of an L/C Issuer Clause in Contracts

Addition of an L/C Issuer. (i) A Lender may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Parent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer. (ii) On the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December (and on such other dates as the Administrative Agent may request), each L/C Issuer shall provide the Administrative Agent a list of all Letters of Credit issued by it that are outstanding at such time together with such other information as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.
