Addition of Expansion Space. Commencing on the Expansion Commencement Date (as defined below), the Existing Sub‑Subleased Premises shall be expanded to include the Expansion Space, which Expansion Space shall be sub‑subleased on the same terms and conditions set forth in the Sub‑Sublease, as hereby amended.
