Additional Access Rights. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith any additional Access Rights to Foreground as might be asked for by any Party, upon adequate financial conditions to be agreed. 2.2.1) of the General Assembly to take place 6 months prior to the end of the Consortium, where all such negotiations and agreements required to put in place this intention, including Access Rights, shall be determined by the General Assembly.
