Additional Administrative Services. Any other services reasonably necessary or expedient for the effective administration of the Charter School as agreed to in writing from time to time by the Company and the Board. 1) Subject to this Agreement, the Charter, the Code, other applicable laws and regulations, the Company may modify the methods, means and manner by which such Administrative Services are provided at any time, provided that any modification of the Administrative Services will be subject to the prior approval of the Board of Directors and of any other person as may be specifically required by the Sponsor Contract or the Code. 2) Company will be responsible and accountable to the Board for the provision of the Administrative Services, provided that such obligations, duties, and responsibilities are limited by the Budget established in Section 3.02 (e) above and the Company shall not and will not expend funds on such services in excess of the amounts set forth in such Budget without prior approval.
