Additional Agreement. The Executive also agrees not to disparage the Company, or its past and present investors, officers, directors or employees and to keep all confidential and proprietary information about the past or present business affairs of the Company confidential unless a prior written release from the Company is obtained or disclosure is permitted under the terms of the Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement executed by the Executive pursuant to the Severance Agreement.
