Common use of Additional and Substituted Equipment Subject Hereto Clause in Contracts

Additional and Substituted Equipment Subject Hereto. In the event that the Company shall, as provided in Section 3.01 or 4.07, cause to be transferred to the Trustee other Equipment in addition to or in substitution for any of the Equipment herein specifically described or subjected hereto, such other Equipment shall be included as part of the Trust Equipment by supplement hereto to be executed by the Trustee and the Company and shall be subject to all the terms and conditions hereof in all respects as though it had been part of the Equipment herein specifically described.

Additional and Substituted Equipment Subject Hereto. In the event that the Company shall, as provided in Section 3.01 or 4.073.04, cause to be transferred to the Trustee other Equipment or cash in addition to or in substitution for any of the Equipment herein specifically described or subjected hereto, such other Equipment or cash shall be included as part of the Trust Equipment Collateral by supplement hereto to be executed by the Trustee and the Company in accordance with Article Eight and shall be subject to all the terms and conditions hereof in all respects as though it had been part of the Equipment herein specifically described.
