Additional Assessments Clause Samples
The "Additional Assessments" clause allows for the possibility of conducting further evaluations or reviews beyond those initially specified in an agreement. This may include extra inspections, audits, or performance reviews that are triggered by certain events, concerns, or at the request of one party. By providing a mechanism for ongoing or supplementary assessments, this clause helps ensure continued compliance, quality assurance, or risk management throughout the duration of the contract.
Additional Assessments. Students may participate in any or all District assessment programs in which the District students in comparable grades or schools participate and shall participate in any other assessments as described in the Application. The School shall be responsible for the costs of District assessments that are not required by law or this Charter, except those developed with federal funds or those developed using Florida’s Item Bank and Test Platform
Additional Assessments. Additional student assessments may be conducted as determined to be appropriate by the Department Head, as required by procedure, or as requested by the Faculty Member.

Additional Assessments. The Joint Venture may request Additional Assessments if it determines that Subsequent Operations are desirable in order to more fully develop the Prospect. A Venturer Votes for the Subsequent Operation by contributing his or her assessment. A Venturer shall initially have no obligation to pay any of the requested Additional Assessments. If a Venturer agrees to pay any portion of an Additional Assessment with respect to any particular Subsequent Operation and fails to contribute his or her entire proportionate share of all Additional Assessments called for by the Joint Venture with respect to such Subsequent Operation, within the time specified in any request therefore, such Venturer shall thereby be deemed a Non-Participating Venturer with respect to such Subsequent Operation only.

3. a) The School shall implement the current baseline standard of achievement, the outcomes to be achieved, and the methods of measurement identified in the documents previously submitted to the Sponsor and incorporated herein. When determining the baseline standard of achievement for students, the School shall develop maintain, monitor, track, and include the following:
1) How the baseline student academic achievement levels and prior rates of academic progress will be established;
2) How these baseline rates will be compared to rates of academic progress achieved by these same students while attending the School;
3) To the extent possible, how these rates or progress will be evaluated and compared with rates of progress of other closely comparable student populations.
Additional Assessments. When the Sponsor requires the School to participate in any District-wide assessments during the School’s initial year, the Sponsor shall bear the cost of the School’s participation in those assessments. When the School opts to participate in District-wide assessments during the School’s initial year, the School shall bear the costs associated with District-wide assessments. The School, at its discretion and own expense, may use other assessment tools during its initial year that are educationally relevant, sound and consistent with this Charter.
