Common use of Additional Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Additional Authorizations. If Grantor fails to do any of the things referred to in the preceding paragraph, Lender may do so for and in the name of Grantor and at G▇▇▇▇▇▇'s expense. For such purposes, Grantor hereby irrevocably authorizes L▇▇▇▇▇ to make, execute, deliver, file, record and do all other things as may be necessary or desirable, in L▇▇▇▇▇'s sole opinion, to accomplish the matters referred to in the preceding paragraph. It is understood that nothing set forth herein shall require Lender to take any such actions.
