Additional Beneficial Ownership Certification. At least five days prior to any Person becoming a Loan Party, if requested by any Lender, the Borrower shall cause any such Person that qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation and has not previously delivered a Beneficial Ownership Certification to deliver a Beneficial Ownership Certification to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
