Common use of Additional Building Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Building Services. If Tenant desires Building Services outside the parameters specified above or outside ordinary business hours as defined above, Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to supply the same if Tenant is not in default and if Landlord receives at least 24 hours’ prior written notice from Tenant. Tenant shall promptly pay such reasonable charges as Landlord may determine which shall include a reasonable amount of overhead expenses and profit of Landlord.
