Additional Certifications Clause Samples

The "Additional Certifications" clause requires one party to provide further assurances or declarations regarding specific facts, qualifications, or compliance with certain standards beyond the basic representations already made in the agreement. In practice, this may involve confirming ongoing compliance with laws, verifying the absence of conflicts of interest, or attesting to the accuracy of information provided at various stages of the contract. The core function of this clause is to ensure continued transparency and trust between the parties by obligating them to affirm key facts or conditions throughout the contractual relationship, thereby reducing the risk of misrepresentation or undisclosed issues.
