Additional Certifications. Any certificate signed by any director or officer of the Company and delivered to the Remarketing Dealer or to counsel for the Remarketing Dealer in connection with the remarketing of the MOPPRS shall be deemed a representation and warranty by the Company to the Remarketing Dealer as to the matters covered thereby.
