Additional Charges for Resale Services. In addition to the rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule, CLEC shall pay SBC-AMERITECH: (i) for any applicable charges or fees, if any, incident to the establishment or provision of the Resale Services requested by CLEC, including initial non recurring charges, and (ii) the applicable non discounted end user common line charge as set forth in F.C.C. No. 2, Section Article 4.
