Common use of Additional Charges for Resale Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Charges for Resale Services. In addition to the rates set forth at Item VI of the Pricing Schedule, Requesting Carrier shall pay Ameritech (i) for any applicable charges or fees, if any, incident to the establish­ment or provision of the Resale Services requested by Requesting Carrier, including channel charges, initial non-recurring charges and construction charges and (ii) the applicable non-discounted end user common line charge as set forth in F.C.C. No. 2, Section 4. If the provision of any Resale Service requires construction, Requesting Carrier shall pay to Ameritech any applicable special construction charges. If special construction is required, the Parties shall mutually agree on the nature and manner of such special construction, the applicable charges thereto and the negotiated interval(s) that will apply to the provisioning of such Resale Service(s) in lieu of the standard intervals set forth on Schedule 10.9.
