Additional Charges for Resale Services. In addition to the rates set forth on the Pricing Schedule, AT&T shall pay SBC-AMERITECH: (i) for any applicable charges or fees, if any, incident to the establishment or provision of the Resale Services requested by AT&T, including initial non-recurring charges, and (ii) the applicable non-discounted end user common line charge as set forth in F.C.C. No. 2, Section Article 4.
